Duration: 4 Hours
Format: Live-Fire / Self Directed
Prerequisite: Prior completion of an NW Precision Training Live-Fire training course
The Individual Personal Development Day (IPD Day) is a structured, supervised live-fire training opportunity designed exclusively for NW Precision Training alumni who want to continue building, refining, and sustaining their skills beyond formal coursework.
This session provides returning students with dedicated range time to work on individual performance goals, validate techniques learned in previous classes, and safely test new equipment under live-fire conditions. IPD Day is intentionally self-directed, allowing each participant to focus on the skills most relevant to their personal development—whether that’s marksmanship fundamentals such as: draw and presentation methods, trigger control, recoil management, or new equipment integration.
While this is not a traditional instructor-led course, NW Precision Training staff will be present to ensure safety standards are maintained and to support a professional training environment. Participants are expected to arrive with personal training objectives, disciplined weapons handling, and a commitment to both safety and personal improvement.
The Individual Personal Development Day reinforces a core NW Precision Training principle:
Skill is forged through disciplined repetition, personal accountability, and relentless improvement.
